From attending an all-female high school in Dominica to being a founding member of Women in Chemistry and Women in Science and Engineering networks during her university studies, Phaedria has championed gender equality throughout her life across STEM and beyond.
Believing that women should be afforded equal opportunity and access, she creates safe spaces where diverse voices are heard, and people work together to achieve sustainable change.
As co-founder of the Professional Women of Colour Network (ProWoc) and an in-demand global DEIB speaker, she moves organizations from intention to impact. Phaedria is versed in intersectional strategies and facilitating bespoke workshops that tackle systemic barriers and everyday behaviors.
Drawing on her lived experience and leadership roles at global companies, she guides clients through policy development, inclusive hiring, leadership accountability frameworks, and ERG enablement. Her work has been recognised by Nordic Diversity Award and Award nominations. Phaedria centers fairness and belonging as keys to unlock diverse talent, drive innovation, and elevate organizations as truly inclusive employers.
