I was born on the Caribbean island of Dominica, but for more than 25 years Denmark has been my home. My career began in science — first as an Academic researcher and then as a leader in global pharma and biotech, where I helped bring life-changing medicines like Rybelsus and Ozempic to the market. Along the way, I discovered that what truly energizes me is not just science itself, but helping people and organizations transform, grow, and reach their full potential.
Today, I work with leaders, founders, and organizations as a coach, speaker, consultant, advisor and investor. Whether it’s guiding executives and professionals through career growth and transitions, helping companies build inclusive cultures, or coaching start-ups from idea to scaleup, my goal is always the same: to unlock growth and create lasting change.
